PRICING

We are completely open with our customers about our rates. we price ourselves in the middle of the market, but deliver nothing less than first class service and workmanship. a contractor you can trust. We also offer an out of hours service, please contact us for more information.

Our Rates: We charge a minimum of one hour on all works. All rates exclude materials and are subject to VAT, parking and congestion. We do not charge for travel or for estimates.

Estimates: Depending on the nature of the works, an estimate can either be given over the phone/email and based on photos, if applicable, otherwise a site visit will be necessary for which we do not charge.

​

Materials: All materials supplied by Tectum Limited are charged at trade price plus 25% and are subject to VAT.

​

Invoices: All invoices will clearly state works carried out, materials used and must be paid in full within 7 days of receipt.
